Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. I loved this dress!

Had to get my dress altered at the shoulder but other than that it was cute & cheap. Saved money too

Good quality, fit true to size, even it being off shoulder, it stayed up well! Very flattering!

Loved it!! I got a size 24, it was a little big in the chest area. I’m 5,7 and carry most of my weight in my stomach area. It was very flattering and I didn’t even have tj wear spanks!!

Exactly what I ordered!

This dress was exactly what I hoped it would be. The size was true to fit (size 14 and I’m 5’5”, 180 lbs). I have a larger tummy and was worried about it sticking out in the dress like a maternity style would. But it laid very nicely. I also have larger arms and wanted to hide these a bit. The off shoulder style fell in the right place and showed off my shoulders which gave the dress some character as it’s not overly decorated. The only downside was that it is very sheer and see through. I wore some shape wear while trying on the dress to see if that helped and it made everything look perfect. For the cost, the quality and fit is outstanding. 10/10

I am happy with this dress but only one complaint

The dress is a beautiful color. The fit is great and there is a lot of stretch. It’s very comfortable and sexy. My only complaint is that any type of moisture (sweat, body lotion, perfume, sprays) shows up as a very noticeable wet spot. Instead if drying or fading in intensity, the wet spot will remain until the dress is washed. I typically moisturize a lot and spray myself periodically with body mist throughout the day. When I would catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I would find random spots on the back and front of my dress that I look I had spilled something on myself. So, when I wear this dress, I don’t moisturize or spray and I always hope that I don’t unknowingly brush up against something that has condensation left something.

Beautiful dress

I have always had a hard time finding dresses that fit properly. I am pear shaped with long legs and a short torso, which makes a flattering dress nearly impossible to find. This dress is beautiful. It falls just right, and looks beautiful. It is a bit sheer on the bottom, but I wore some shapewear for it anyway which worked well. The leg slit is a nice touch as well. It's not too high up, but just enough for that little something extra and unexpected. Definitely recommend, this dress is super versatile, will flatter many body shapes and can be worn for many different occasions.

HOW TO MEASURE

BUST

This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's levelled all the way around.

*Tips

This isn't your bra size!

Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides.

Wear the bra you're planning to wear with your dress when taking this.

WAIST

This is a measurement of your natural waistline, or the smallest part of your waist.

Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist.

HIPS

This is a measurement around fullest part of your buttocks.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.

HOLLOW TO HEM

This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.

Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.

*Tips:

When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together.

We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps.

Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.

If this is a floor length dress please make sure you measure without wearing shoes.

BACK SHOULDER WIDTH

This is the distance from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

Place the tape on "top" of the shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

SLEEVE LENGTH

This is the measurement from your shoulder seam to where you would like your sleeve to end.

Measure from your shoulder seam to desired sleeve length with your arm relaxed by your side to get the best possible measurement.

*Tips:

Measure with your arm slightly bent.

ARMSCYE

This is the measurement of your armhole.

*Tips:

In order to take your armscye measurement, you must wrap the measuring tape over the top of your shoulder and around under your armpit.

ARM CIRCUMFERENCE

This is a measurement around the fullest part of your upper arm.

*Tips:

Measure with the muscle relaxed.
