Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

So I wanted to do a review of everything I wanted to know before I purchased this dress, so I hope this is comprehensive enough.
A few things to note beforehand:
1) Order well well in advance (there were three options for shipping: standard, rush, and the extra rushed one. I used the rush order and my dress arrived two days after the expected arrival date, so it was too late to make last-minute alterations)
2) But, luckily, I put my measurements as pretty fitted (I'll list my measurements below-I wear around a size 0 pant) so the dress fit well except for the sleeves. We used safety pins to hold it back because the sleeves were very floppy so I would suggest sewing that if you get this dress.
3) There is a built-in bra so you won't need to wear one and the zipper worked well but kind of needed to be forced for the upper half, but it wasn't a major issue, nothing needed to be fixed.
4) Since it came in the mail, it wasn't entirely wrinkled but there were some noticeable wrinkles, so I suggest you buy a steamer beforehand to help get rid of the wrinkles.
5) I got burgundy but the dress ended up being more of a dark reddish color which I didn't mind, but just keep in mind you may not get exactly the color you choose so maybe look at the pictures of the reviews before deciding on a color. I would say that the last photo most accurately represents the true color of the dress. It also shows how the sleeves look without altering since my safety pins came undone.
6) Feel free to contact them, they give you updates every week or two regarding your dress. But if you want to know where it is, make sure you ask them for the tracking number and a link. For my dress, I believe they used DHL and like I said, my dress was supposed to come four days before my event, but it came two days before instead and that was with the rush order, so just keep that in mind when ordering.
I'm around 5'6" and a size 0 in pants so these were the measurements I used. they were pretty fitted and the tailoring and dress quality were really good so I really suggest getting this dress if you're planning for an event at least a month in advance and are willing to pay around $10 extra for shipping.

I was honestly scared to buy this dress since there are so many fake websites out there that try to scam you but I promise you dennisdresses is not going to do that. They responded to me emails within 24 hours and I am more than satisfied with the off the shoulder dress. I got it in dark green because I’m tan and this dress is stunning. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I’m writing a review so other girls like me know that Hebeos is a legit website and they won’t scam you!

HOW TO MEASURE

BUST

This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's levelled all the way around.

*Tips

This isn't your bra size!

Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides.

Wear the bra you're planning to wear with your dress when taking this.

WAIST

This is a measurement of your natural waistline, or the smallest part of your waist.

Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist.

HIPS

This is a measurement around fullest part of your buttocks.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.

HOLLOW TO HEM

This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.

Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.

*Tips:

When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together.

We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps.

Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.

If this is a floor length dress please make sure you measure without wearing shoes.

BACK SHOULDER WIDTH

This is the distance from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

Place the tape on "top" of the shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.

SLEEVE LENGTH

This is the measurement from your shoulder seam to where you would like your sleeve to end.

Measure from your shoulder seam to desired sleeve length with your arm relaxed by your side to get the best possible measurement.

*Tips:

Measure with your arm slightly bent.

ARMSCYE

This is the measurement of your armhole.

*Tips:

In order to take your armscye measurement, you must wrap the measuring tape over the top of your shoulder and around under your armpit.

ARM CIRCUMFERENCE

This is a measurement around the fullest part of your upper arm.

*Tips:

Measure with the muscle relaxed.
